Giants Win Super Bowl XLII

Rick Seubert #69 of the New York Giants celebrates with his son Hunter after the Giants defeated the New England Patriots 17-14 in Super Bowl XLII on February 3, 2008at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

Well, the Giants pulled of the upset and won the game. It was a fantastic game; especially the fourth quarter. Plaxico is looking like one smart guy with his prediction and his game winning touchdown.

I did not think that the Giants, specifically Eli, had it in them (him) to pull it out. However, the Giants defense was unbelievable and kept them in the game by only giving up 14 points. Eli was great on the last drive and at the 1:05 mark his play to get out of the mad rush, escape the sack and throw it long for an unblievable catch started the final push for them to win.

The Manning brothers go back-to-back. They seem like a great family. My hats off to you, Giants, you pulled off the upset and played a great game.

I am very happy with the Giants win. It just feels good for the underdog (when your team isn't in the game) to win. But that isn't the reason I am making this post. The real reason is your inclusion in Brian Culver's Bible study. I know you already know this, but you really aren't welcome in his study. He is only interested in pushing his own agenda and making everyone else feel and look stupid and "satanic" as he would put it. I would have posted this on his blog, but he frequently blocks my post. I am not trying to be ugly, but it bugs me when someone who seems to love everyone isn't open to other people's comments or opionions. Just putting my two cents in. By the way, working with teens gets you a special place :)

He has blocked some of mine too. I know that I am not really welcomed.

I really wish individuals would be willing to take look at scripture and dialogue and look at it from various angles.

I agree that how he moderates his blog strictly and that his views on Scripture are the only views.

I was hoping that we could share and learn from each other.

Keep stopping by, I throw a variety of things out there, I will check you out later.

a large fruit salad that was watched by 97 million people on TV. The grapefruit won! :-)

That was good. I was trying to think of a short comeback and it just did not register. I think I was "sruck" on doing a name connection.
