California Wildfires

My heart breaks for these individuals. I was not going to post or blog about this. However, I am using my blog as a personal journal as well to remember events. Thus, I am going to post a few pictures and some of the captions from the phots.

California and the families involved; you are in my prayers.

In the phot below: A helicopter prepares to drop water on a brushfire in the Del Dios area of Escondido, California. More than half a million people were ordered to evacuate across California on Tuesday as wildfires raged for a third day, razing over 1,000 homes and threatening to overwhelm weary firefighters.

In the last photo I am doing below: Smoke billows to the sky above where fires are spreading near houses in Stevenson Ranch, California. More than half a million people were ordered to evacuate across California on Tuesday as ferocious wildfires raged unchecked for a third day, destroying more than 1,000 homes.
