I am not sure how many of you have heard of Patrick Lencioni but he has become one of my favorite authors this past weekend. I have read 2 of his books this week. I have actually read each of them in a day. I read the first book on Friday and then the second one on Saturday.
The two that I have read are the following:
Silos, Politics and Turf Wars
The Four Obsessions of an Extraordinary Executive
These books fall under business or leadership. However, I believe that they are practical to church and your daily life. He does "fables". They are easy to read, good plots and teach a lesson.
Hopefully, I will write about them soon and their possible impacts in my life and the ways that I do ministry.
