We think that our caseworker from Indiana came over and picked up the last piece of paper work that she needed to get our foster license and adoption papers processed. If this is the case, we would be able to open our home to foster care or adopt children who are looking forward to forever-homes.
It has been quite a journey with re-arranging schedules to make classes and to get all the i's dotted and t's crossed. For a few weeks, we thought that everything was turned in and just sitting on the desk.
Someday, I will have to share more about the process, but today is definitely not the day or time to go into it.
